Theta Alpha Chapter Awards

I. Purpose of Awards and Recognition's: Chapter awards recognize outstanding nurses whose contributions fulfill the goals of Sigma Theta Tau.

II. General Information:

A. Nominations are invited from any active chapter member

B. The nominee must be an active Sigma Theta Tau member unless noted otherwise for a specific award category.

C. Nominations must be submitted in writing to the Awards Committee by the specified deadline.
