Theta Alpha Chapter Awards

I. Purpose of Awards and Recognition's:

Chapter awards recognize outstanding nurses whose contributions fulfill the goals of Sigma Theta Tau.

II. General Information:

A. Nominations are invited from any active chapter member

B. The nominee must be an active Sigma Theta Tau member unless noted otherwise for a specific award category.

C. Nominations must be submitted in writing to the Awards Committee by the specified deadline.

V. ANNE KIBRICK LEADERSHIP AWARD

VI. HEART of NURSING AWARD

VII. OUTSTANDING SERVICE to NURSING AWARD

The Outstanding Service Award may be granted to Non-Sigma Theta Tau members

VIII. UNDERGRADUATE, GRADUATE, and DOCTORAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS
